About the event
The event is intended as a playful, flowing exploration of co-creating an experience, weaving in elements of mindfulness, social and emotional awareness. Movement based games and activities provide a stimulus from which the group is invited to deviate, innovate, make their voices heard, and experience that they have a say in what occurs in their lives.
Parents participate free of charge but are also welcome to simply watch the fun.
