About the event
The event is structured as an alternative, fun "PE" class, weaving in elements of mindfulness, social and emotional awareness. Movement based games that engage the group, skill based practices like archery or self defense, strength training, obstacle courses, gymnastics, etc. are combined into a blended experience that aims to leave kids activated, connected and (happily) spent.
Parents participate free of charge but are also welcome to simply watch the fun.
