Thanksgiving NERF fun for teens

Teen NERF battles are back - get together and have a "blast" on Sunday, November 19. Parents can discuss tech in their kids lives, and after the battle, a communal dinner potluck style will round out the evening! The event will be held with a minimum of 10 participants. Buy your tickets by 11/17.

About the event

NERF PARTY:

Bring your own guns if you have them, or use one of ours at Aikido By The Bay (free of charge). We use ELITE, MEGA and MEGA XL darts. 

No motorized guns or other dart systems!  No shoes, phones, jewelry or other gadgets in the play zone (you're free to use all of those in the lobby). 

Favorite games are capture the flag, team free for all, or Zombie (infection). We'll hold the event with a minimum of 10 participants!

This event is for ages 12 and up. 

FOR PARENTS - optional mini workshop

Teen mental health has rapidly declined since the introduction of smartphones and social media around 2010, apps are designed to be maximally addictive, and regulation is sluggish to respond to the epidemic of loneliness and anxiety amoung our kids.  Learn about the latest research, discuss your own experience and share practical tools to make a difference at home.  Hosted by Sebastian Steinbach.
