Outdoor Adventure - Spreckels Lake Cardboard Creations (ages 11+)
Spreckels Lake is home to the San Francisco Model Yacht Club. We will create an awe-inspiring cardboard ship together (Ocean Liner? Mega Yacht? A Ship Of The Line?) ... and hope that it makes it to the other side. (-:

About the event
We will meet at Spreckels Lake at 3pm. After a warmup with a fun geocache and an intuition-based icebreaker, all bets are off when our crew takes to creating a fantastic (and functional) model ship. Shall it be large or small, use a sail or a chemical engine, should it have weapons, crew quarters, cargo, ... ? Our imagination is the limit.
