NERF party for Burlingame Elementary Schools

We all want our kids to get together with their peers and have more healthy, screen-free fun!

HTC is a parent-lead movement that aims to co-create optimal environments for our children to thrive in, reduce their exposure to screens and especially social media, and give them opportunities to experience the adventure of "real life". 

One of the most important ingredients for our kids to grow up happy and healthy is to spend unstructured time together with their peers. 

This event provides a safe, professional environment with all the required equipment (NERF guns, darts, obstacles, protective gear) to have dive right in.  We'll play their favorite music, and basically leave them alone for 2 hours while we adults gather in the lobby and enjoy coffee and each other's company!

A few more details about the NERF PARTY:

It's ok to bring your own guns if you have them, or you can use one of ours at Aikido By The Bay (free of charge). We use ELITE, MEGA and MEGA XL darts.  Please refrain from bringing motorized guns, as they tip the playing field, or other dart systems (they tend to be painful)!  

No shoes, phones, jewelry or other gadgets in the play zone (you're free to use all of those in the lobby). 

No food in the play area.

Always wear safety glasses in the play area (we provide safety goggles free of charge).

We'll hold the event with a minimum of 12 participants!

This event is exclusively for students at Burlingame Elementary Schools and their families.  

All proceeds go towards covering the cost of the event.  

Contributions for the cost of the pizza are appreciated!
