About the event
Iwama Aikido is also called "the world's strongest Aikido". Morihei Ueshiba, the founder of Aikido, developed and refined this style during the last 25 years of his life. Practice includes basics (stretches, breathing exerises, stances, steps, rolls, falls), partner training (attacking, blending, throwing and pinning) as well as application.
